Respironics V680 critical care ventilator

Performance with flexibility

The V680 ventilator combines the fully featured life support capabilities of a critical care ventilator with Philips' gold standard in noninvasive ventilation (NIV) technology.

Find out why this breakthrough two-in-one ventilator should be your choice.

Switching from IV to NIV is fast and easy
    For adult and paediatric* patients
    Single- and Dual-limb circuits
Enhanced performance from our masks & circuits

V680 Enhance patient care

Enhance patient care

The design of the Philips Respironics V680 puts enhanced patient care at the forefront.

Features designed to help protect patients from harmful events associated with pressure spikes, loss of ventilation or undetected critical alarms include:

    Active control exhalation valve
    Apnea modes
    Auto-escalating alarm
    Four-hour integrated battery

The V680 dynamic respiratory mechanics algorithm

The resistance (R) and compliance (C) calculations on the Respironics V680 ventilator system leverage advanced data acquisition and signal processing capabilities to allow pause-free, dynamic, breath-to-breath estimates of these parameters. Not only does the system estimate inspiratory and expiratory R and C, but it also estimates plateau pressure in both invasive and non-invasive applications. The dynamic respiratory mechanics measurements on the V680 ventilator approach the accuracy of measurements obtained with static methods requiring an inspiratory pause manoeuver, while also avoiding the limitations of Least Squares curve-fitting methods.
